2006 Volvo V70 / Cross Country

The 2006 Volvo V70 / Cross Country is a member of what is called the “70 family” of wagons manufactured by Volvo. The vehicle’s versatility is its asset, its performance ranging between its array of models and several trim levels. The Cross Country, for example, provides enhanced performance over the other trim levels with its turbochargers.

The 2006 Volvo V70 / Cross Country incorporates a turbo-enabled 2.5-liter capacity engine with an integrated intercooler. The resulting horsepower is as high as 300hp, allowing the vehicle to race up to a speed of 60mph in just 6.5 seconds when the transmission is automatic. The acceleration is even better on manual transmission, cutting the said time down by half a second.

One of the best things about the 2006 Volvo V70 / Cross Country is its level of comfort it provides. Despite its low height, tall drivers are often taken by surprise by how adequate the headroom is even for them.
